In two of my former positions, we’ve used SharePoint as a collective repository for team and company resources. I found it quite helpful to have everything archived in one place, and to be able to just share links instead of cramming colleague’s inboxes with attachments.
But I was merely a user – the real superheroes were the ones running and administrating SharePoint and making sure all those precious files and discussions remained available and accessible. Does that sound like you, or someone you know? There’s a Kansas City SharePoint user group that helps those specialists stay up on their professional development and networking.
