Apple Pie Painting, a Kansas City startup and mobile painting party experience, will be hosting three separate painting parties simultaneously on Saturday 6/18. All proceeds from this event will be donated to the KC Cares fundraiser, and will directly assist in helping the victims of the targeted attack last Sunday at the Pulse nightclub in Orlando.
The events feature a custom painting, “#OrlandoUnited,” designed specifically for this event. An artist instructor that will be available at each location to walk participants through the recreation of the painting.
The participating bars will include Missie B’s, Bistro 303, and Sidekicks Saloon. Space will be limited to 30 seats at each venue, and will be $30 each, and will go towards the victims’ fund. Additionally, each location will have door prizes for painters and a collection box for additional donations for the victims.
